Linda was recommended by another realtor to help sell our home. At first, I was nervous about working with someone new, but after our initial meeting with Linda, I felt at ease. She was highly professional, thoroughly explained all the information and documents, and ensured we understood the selling process. She even emailed a list of do's and don'ts to prepare our home for viewings. Linda kept us updated, listened to our concerns, and quickly answered all our questions via phone, messages, and email. She was fantastic at negotiating a price with the buyer after we received an offer and even secured an incentive for us when the buyers didn’t agree to let us stay in the house until October. Linda stayed on top of everything, even catching an error in our closing documents that we hadn’t noticed. Thanks to her diligence, we closed in just over a month. Highly recommend Linda!

There are lots of reasons for moving. Ours was to return to our home state after nearly 40 years to be closer to family. If you guessed we are now elderly you would be right! From our very first contact with Linda we knew that she realized we had some special needs. Oh, how she patiently and professionally worked with us so that now we have the perfect place. Our entire family was able to see how her efforts kept us on track to make our transition to a new place happen. Her goal is to make every real estate experience "Wunnerful", and she surely did that for us.

Linda is our Property Manager for a rental we own and she has done an amazing job. She was well prepared with data/analytics and found renters who we love to rent out our house within a month!
